Beyond the mat series, I’ve been exploring new ways to support your movement and body awareness — from simple brain exercises that assist with coordination, to understanding how pelvic floor tension and foot strength affect balance. These insights are gradually being incorporated into my online teaching and videos to help you move with more freedom and confidence.
