Hi, I’m Leila.

I have lived and taught in a variety of locations such as Berkeley, Los Angeles, Ann Arbor, and now France !

For the past 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of predominantly teaching women over 60. I understand the significant role exercise can play in enjoying a full life including travel, hobbies and occasionally dancing in one’s living room.

My superpower lies in keenly observing small movement details and seeing connections, this allows for customized workouts that align with specific goals.

As someone who loves learning, I have personally experienced the benefits of using technology to share effective exercises. It is a joy to be able to connect and do this work online!
